Hi there! It’s been a long time since my previous post. So good to be back in the mood for cardmaking! 🙂
Today I’m sharing a cute pink and gold birthday card, that I’ve made for two card challenges.
The first challenge is Atlantic Cards Sketch Challenge #329. I really like sketch challenges (here’s an example). A good sketch is always inspiring, and it is so much fun to see how every crafter uses it in different ways and designs!
Here is the sketch – isn’t it great?!
The second challenge is Crafting Happiness #9 – Flowers.
Here is my card:
It’s a little hard to see, but the spots are golden and the flowers have a little shimmer in the center. I just LOVE this paper pad, so pretty!
The sentiment is Mazel Tov in Hebrew, meaning “congratulations”. I used Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink to stamp it.
If you liked my card, I would love to read your comments! also, if you want to see updates about new posts, you’re invited to like my Facebook page or follow me on Pinterest!
Enjoy the rest of the week! 🙂
Elegant combination of pink and gold! Your sentiment pulls the pink flowers forward and it’s very lovely. Thank you for joining Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge this week. I agree about sketches, too. They are my best inspiration for getting the mojo going again. Hope to see your work again soon.
