Welcome! I’m back with three birthday cards, featuring birds, butterflies and flowers. I also participate in 5 awesome card challenges that are going on now!

Funky Birds Card

My first card features the funky birds stamp from Dylusions Stamps & Stencil – Garden Leaves set by Ranger. I stamped the image with Jet Black Archival Ink, and added some color using Worn Lipstick Distress Marker. The lines stamp (where the birds are “standing”) is from Love Always set by Concord & 9th. I stamped them with Antique Linen Distress Ink.

Flower and Butterflies Card

My second card features another stamp from the same Dylusions set. This time, it’s the doodle-flower. This stamp is one of my all-time favorites, and I used it here and here lately.

I stamped two tiny butterflies from the Butterflies stamp set by Avery Elle. This set is another go-to stamp set in my stash 🙂
Here’s a fun tip – the butterflies are bold and have no lines. To make them go with the “doodly” look of the flower, I have drawn the outline with a black pen. I think it really make a huge difference and creates a coherent look.

My third card features the biggest butterfly from the Avery Elle Butterflies set. I stamped it with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink, and added details and a frame with a black pen:
