Hello! Today I’m sharing a set of three cards, all with ombre sentiment stamping. It’s very easy to make with stamps you likely already have!
I used stamps from the Perfect Pallets stamp set by Gina K. Designs. There are many stamps in this set, in different sizes, so there are many ways to use them. Actually, I used this set not so long ago, in this post! 🙂
For my cards, I used the large “celebrate” stamp. It’s in the perfect size for A2 cards, especially when the card is vertical. I stamped it six times on each card, using a different ink every time, to create an “ombre” look:
At the bottom right corner, I stamped the “today” stamp from the same set. I used Gina K. Designs ink cubes for all the stamping.
To finish my cards, I added tiny drops of Nuvo Jewel Drops in matching colors, and adhered the panels onto matching card bases.
My favorite card is the blue-teal-green card:
And here are the other two:
The Nuvo drops really make a huge difference on these simple cards 😍
All these colorful sentiments remind me of spring, with all the beautiful flowers outside… So even though there aren’t any flowers, I’m going to submit them to the April Monthly Mix Challenge at Gina K. Designs blog – “Spring Fling”.
If you want to see more ideas for ombre sentiment stamping, you can find them here. I think this technique will work great with different colors and stamps. Also, the ombre look adda a feeling of “movement” to the card.
