Hi there! I’m back with a new card for CAS Colors & Sketches. I call it “Mountain View Card”, because, well, that’s what it is 🙂
This week’s challenge is a color challenge:
And here is my card:
I used the mountain layering stamps from You Warm My Heart stamp set by Gina K. Designs. I used is almost a year ago in this post, to create a completely different scene. Love the versatility of this set! 😎
For the sky, I used blending brushes with Faded Jeans and Broken China distress oxide inks:
To finish my card, I used my new favorite sentiment stamp from Natural Silhouettes by Gina K. Designs. I just can’t get enough from this sentiment! 😍

Hi Julie, I do not the live near the mountains and yet I could not resist this beautiful stamp set. This CAS card is one that I am making today for a friend’s birthday who appreciates beautiful natural scenery. Happing crafting!

Love your mountain card. Did you use a mask for mountain. Did you stamp with black and then ink blend tan color or did you use copic markers?
Thank you! Yes, I used a mask for the mountain 😊 about the tan color – I used the second layering stamp from the set (it has the mountain layout and another layer for snow)
