Hi! A few months ago I made a couple of rainbow watercolor background cards. Today, I’m sharing more rainbow watercolor cards, made with a different technique 🙂
First, I created a rainbow background with my Distress Oxide inks. Then, I sprayed it with water to create a watercolor look:
Once the background was dry, I used the Big Thanks die by Concord & 9th and created two cards, using both the positive and the negative part of the die cut:

On the “negative” card, I added the inner parts of the die, to complete the letters:
For the “positive” card, I wanted to make the die cut pop, so I adhered it on a black panel and then added the panel to the card base:
