Hello! CAS(E) this Sketch is back for one final month, so I decided to make an elegant marble card in gray and gold to celebrate.
As you know, I LOVE CAS(E) this Sketch!! It’s one of my favorite card challenges, and I played and participated many times in the past. (You can find all my past entries here.)
So, I’m really sad the challenge will be over by the end of the month, but I’m also grateful for all the fun and inspiration it has provided over the years ❤️❤️
Here’s this week’s sketch:
Also, this week’s theme at Simonsaysstamp Monday Challenge is “Use a New/Unused Product“, which is always a great idea 🙂
So, I decided to use the Layering Marble stamp set by Waffle Flower. I bought it a while back, but haven’t used it until today. It’s SO much fun, and the pattern you get on the paper is so realistic! Awesome! 🙂
Here’s my card:
I used gold Perfect Pearls powder to add the gold layer. I’m having a lot of fun with my Perfect Pearls lately… I actually used it in my last post to create some shiny fireworks! 🙂
Here’s another photo from a different angle, to catch the shine of the pearls:
From start to finish, this was a fun card to make. I like the combination of gray and gold marble. I hope you liked it too!
Since it’s one of the last CAS(E) this Sketch challenges, I’m hoping to make at least one more card this week. We’ll see 🙂
