Hello everyone! It’s been a little while since my last post, sorry… Holidays, vacations, etc. But happily I’m back and so is my crafty mood. 🙂 Today I’m going to share a new version of my Chunky Happy Birthday card.
Here’s the card that I made four months ago (click on the photo to see that blog post):
This time, I wanted to try a different color combo. I chose the current color challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches:
I love this color palette!! Blues, turquoises and light greens are my favorite colors 😍
Again, I blended distress oxide inks in matching colors (Broken China, Salvaged Patina and Twisted Citron), and used the Chunky Happy die set from Simon Says Stamp and CZ Design:
The long birthday stamp is from the Concord & 9th All the Birthdays stamp set.
I decided to leave the card without any embellishments, because the colors are so vibrant. I just LOVE the gradient of colors:
And that’s all for today! I hoped you liked this new version of the Chunky Happy Birthday card! 🙂
Thank you so much for stopping by. For updates about new posts, please follow me on Instagram and Pinterest.
Have a great week! ❤️
