Hi! I’m really excited about today’s post! I’m sharing a flowering branch card – my first entry for the DT call at CAS Colours & Sketches!! 🤩
I’ve been playing with CC&S for a while now, and it’s hands down my favorite challenge blog ❤️ So, imagine my excitement when I saw that they’re in the market for some new DT members!
This week’s challenge is a color challenge:
The fun combo of green, navy and purple-red colors reminded me of florals, so I used my A Bit of Everything stamp set from The Stamp Market. This stamp set is not released yet, and I got it with my Crop & Create Delivered Cardmaking event kit. It has some nice floral and stems stamps, along with wonderful sentiments. I used the cute heart stamp on my last card (click here to see it!).
Here’s my card. I didn’t have the exact purple-red hue, so I used purple instead:
As you can see, I combined a couple of stem die cuts to create my flowering branch. I started by arranging the branch, and then adding the flowers on top. I love how it turned out!
Although die-cutting is an ancient papercrafting thing, it’s relatively new to me, and I’m using it more and more lately. 🙂 It’s so versatile, and the possibilities are endless. Almost like stamping 😇 I love it!
Well, I guess that’s all for today, thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you liked my flowering branch card. Wish me luck! 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend! ❤️

Thank you Samantha! 😄
What a pretty card Michal! I love your arrangement of leaves with the different colour flowers and your sentiment is perfectly positioned. Thank you for coming to play at CAS Colours and Sketches – and lovely to see you entering the DT call too! Vicky x
