Hello!! I’m SUPER excited to announce that I’ll be joining the CAS Colours & Sketches challenge design team!!! 🤩🤩🤯🤯 As you know, I’ve been playing at CC&S for a while now, it’s my favorite challenge, and I’m just so grateful and honored to join the design team ❤️

All the new members will be officially starting on January, but we were invited to join the 450th challenge milestone celebration 🥳 And the challenge is super fun – you need to choose ANY challenge from 2021, and make it seasonal for the holiday season! This is also the last challenge of 2021, so be sure to join the fun and play with us! (There are prizes! 😉)

I decided to go back to the first challenge of 2021 – a color challenge from Jeanne:

I thought the turquoise hues, combined with the bold red, would make a great color combo for seasonal, festive cards.

Here’s my card:

I started by stamping the sentiment in the center of the card front, and then started working on the background.

For the background, I used various snowflake stamps from the pretty Frosties stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I got this set as part of the Crop & Create Delivered class kit, and it has many snowflakes in different shapes and sizes – really fun 🙂 I stamped the snowflakes around the sentiment in three different turquoise/aqua colors.

To finish my card, I added two drops of Glossy Accents to the dots in the sentiment:
