Hello! I’m so excited to join the Color Throwdown team this week as Featured Stamper!! I created a fun golden mandala card and I hope you’ll like it as much as I enjoyed making it 🙂

This week’s color combo is gold, navy and turquoise:

This color combination is so pretty, I just love it, and wanted my card to showcase the colors to the max! I found online a beautiful mandala in the same colors, and that inspired me to create my own golden mandala card:

I used stamps from the Gina K. Designs Mandala Maker 1+2 stamp sets. These sets are designed to work with the wreath builder templates, and they are amazing!!! I used them many time in the past, and always enjoy going back to them. 😍

For the golden images, I used heat embossing. The gold embossing powder adds a beautiful shine to the card, and also some interesting texture:

By the way, have you noticed that I stamped the small circles only on one side of the “hearts”? I did that on purpose, to break the symmetry a little, and create an illusion of movement.

The sentiment is the only thing that’s not in the challenge colors – I wanted it to stand out more:
