Hi friends! It’s time for a new sketch challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches and I have a fun tone on tone purple thank you card to share with you ๐๐๐

Here is our new sketch:
And here is my card –
I wanted to create a tone on tone card, so I chose a light purple (almost lavender) cardstock from my stash. Then, I stamped the large floral image from the Floral Outlines stamp set by Tim Holtz. I used Gina K. Designs Lovely Lavender ink, and stamped the image twice on each corner to make the impressions a bit darker.
After that, I used the large Thank You stamp from the Massive Messages Mini stamp set from Gina K. Designs. I used Altenew Deep Iris ink, and again stamped twice to get a darker impression.
To finish my card, I adhered my panel to a (darker) purple card base, and added a few clear drops.
I usually don’t use colorful cardstock as the “white space” on my cards, but I kinda like how this one turned out. ๐ I’m gonna have to try this again soon with other colors!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! For updates about new posts, please follow me onย Instagramย andย Pinterest.

Beautiful card–love the purples, and the subtle stamping in the corners!
Thank you Tammy! ๐
What a delightful card, Michal. The tone on tone stamping is so delicate. Thanks for that fun sketch this week.
Thank you Cecile! ๐
Michal I love purple so this card was always going to be a winner for me – this is so pretty! the tone-on-tone floral detail adds subtle detail to a card where the sentiment is the focus. Beautiful!
Thank you Joanne! ๐ I love purple too!
