Hi everyone! I have another birthday card from the Spellbinders May 2023 release, featuring the Hello Blooms stencil and die bundle! ❤️

Layering stencils are always a fun way for “non-colorers” like me 😍 The new Hello Blooms stencil and die bundle helped me create a beautiful floral image for this quick card:
I started by blending Distress Oxide inks through the stencils, to create the floral images. It’s very easy to align the different layers and you can use many color combinations 🙂 I decided to use cold colors – purple (Wilted Violet and Villainous Potion), blue (Broken China and Prize Ribbon) and green (Rustic Wilderness).
To match the cold color palette, I used blue metallic cardstock for the sentiment and the card base. The sentiment dies are from the Spellbinders Simply Perfect Mix & Match Sentiments die set.
It’s super hard to take a good photo of the metallic cardstock, but the shine is amazing!! 🤩🤩🤩 You’ll have to trust me, it’s much more fabulous in real life 🙂
