Hello everyone, today I’m sharing a quick card with leaves in green and vellum! ๐๐ค

On Sunday we had another Sharing Spring Cards IG hop, and the theme was “Vellum & Verdant” (lush green). I decided to take the theme quite literally…
I used the Leafy Sprig die from Spellbinders to cut the leaves. My initial idea was to add a frame behind the leaves, but I decided against it. You know me – I always prefer clean and simple ๐
To finish the card, I added a small sentiment from Concord & 9th.
The contrast between the lush green and the transparent vellum on the card is amazing!!
After posting this card on Facebook, many people asked me how I adhered the vellum leaf. I used very little amount of Gina K. Designs Connect Glue, and only on a few places along the stem. This way the leaves are still “free” and the glue is barely visible. Hope this helps! ๐
