Hello everyone! It’s time for a new color challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches and I have a geometric card design with some butterflies to share with you! 🙂

Here’s the cool color combination that Shannon chose for us:
At first I thought about creating a maritime scene, but then I decided to go for something else…
I started by stamping the frame and the sentiment, using stamps from the Altenew Geometric Elements stamp set. The sentiments on this set match the partial frame perfectly – so clever!! 😎
Then, I stamped the butterflies, using the Concord & 9th Beautiful Butterfly stamp set. The Concord & 9th inks that I used are Sorbet, Sea Glass and Midnight.
To finish my card, I added a few sequins and added the front panel to a kraft card base.
I wasn’t sure at first how the geometric butterflies would look in these untraditional colors, but I really like how this card turned out. Apparently butterflies look great in any color! 😍 It was also fun to use the Beautiful Butterfly stamp set again – the last time I used is was exactly two years ago! Happy Tuesday! ❤️

Michal this card is a CAS triumph! I love that unusual, modern graphic sentiment and frame and those butterflies seem as if they were made to fit too! Fabulous, my friend!
