Hi friends! It’s time for a new challenge at AAA Cards and this time we have a fun sketch challenge! I created a quick birthday card with a balloon rainbow for my DT card 🌈🎈🎈🎈

Our new challenge at AAA Cards is a sketch challenge – my favorite kind!

This may come as a surprise, but I actually decided not to use butterflies on my card! 😂 Yes, I know, it’s a bit of a shock for me too, because butterflies are my go-to images (as you can see here)… Instead, I decided to go for another one of my favorite images – balloons!

For the balloon rainbow, I used a cute balloon stamp from Pink and Main’s Make a Wish stamp set. I used the following ink cubes from Gina K. Designs: Red Hot, Sweet Mango, Wild Dandelion, Lucky Clover, and Ocean Mist.

To contrast the colorful balloon rainbow, and to match the horizontal strip on the sketch, I added a black birthday sentiment strip – and my card was done!
